How does it work?

Our internet is powered by the LTE/5G towers located in your area. Essentially similar to a cell phone.

Will it work in my area?

As long as you have access to the LTE/5G network you're usually good! NCG also adds products to our service to get you service! Usually our 5G antenna does the trick! Our Urban internet is serviceable anywhere Rogers Cable is. 

Do you have a credit check?

NCG is partnered with Affirm and Afterpay to provide customers with options on purchasing equipment. We have two programs. One is a no credit check and the other is our 2 year purchase program It just depends on the speeds you require and if any additional equipment/installation is required.

Will I need a technician?

Depending upon a few circumstances, Technicians are sometimes required. But no worries, its on us :)

What if I need support

Unlike traditional telecommunication companies who outsource to call centre or have an email ticketing system, you get your agents personal number. If you have an issue all you have to do is simply text or give them a call! Each agent is equipment with only 30 customers to make YOU a priority!

How does your financing work?

Customers can take advantage of our pay in 4 program. When you buy our equipment we give you the first two months of service on us! After the pay in 4 is completed we simply reach out and start collecting payments directly from you the next month.

How long is shipping/install?

As soon as you place your order, all of our shipments go out at 6PM MST. You'll receive a tracking ID from your agent before 7PM MST that night. Usually it only takes 1-2 business days.

Can I roam with it?

Our Rural units are built to roam anywhere you have cell coverage Urban is not.
